**Mobile VoIP** is a modern way to use your smartphone by routing calls over the internet rather than via traditional mobile operators — cutting out the middleman and saving you money. It works anywhere you have internet access via Wi-Fi or 4G/5G.

Australian Phone supplies the **FREE** AusPhone VoIP softphone app for Android and iOS, designed to work seamlessly with our network. There’s no complex configuration — just simple one-click QR code provisioning. AusPhone uses modern **WebRTC** technology, removing dependencies on SIP transport protocols and continuing to work even when traditional SIP is blocked. The app supports Voice, SMS, Chat, and Contacts, and encrypts all your conversations. Call recording is also available free of charge for Cloud PBX users.

You need to have an account with us to use it. Please sign up for [Residential](/content/home-phone/index.html) or [Business Cloud PBX](/content/cloud-hosted-virtual-pbx/index.html) services if you have not done so yet.
